ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 11.06.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in G.R. No. 2663 of 2013/Tr. No. 3116 of 2014 arising out of Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 279 of 2003.
Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya, and the Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
