2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 422 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 18.04.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8379 of 2016.
3. Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
