The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 462 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, the petitioner was apprehended with one country made pistol along with five live cartridges. He further submits petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
