Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 325, 436, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, on the order of petitioner no. 1 Harihar Sahani, other named accused committed assault and arson. Submission is that ornamental allegation is there against the petitioner no. 2 Binod Sahani to have snatched ornaments from the informant. The petitioners are in custody since 21.02.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36095 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chiraiya Police Station Case No. 371 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
