The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 160, 324 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons formed two groups and they had scuffle at the Central Jail. They have created obstruction in functioning of the jail. One Saddam Ansari received injuries in above scuffle.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2015. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Other co-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Buxar in connection with Sessions Trial No.16 of 2016 corresponding to CIS No.3416 of 2016 arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. case No.298 of 2015.
