====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patori P. S. Case No. 747/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the three F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and six unknown persons on the order of co-accused Nitish Kumar, coaccused Aman Kumar assaulted son of the informant with knife causing injury on his neck. It is further alleged that this petitioner stabbed in the stomach of the son of informant with knife. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As per F.I.R., a single blow is alleged to have been given by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patori P. S. Case No. 747 of 2023.
