The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in first paragraph and last prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 36114 of 2022, 'Paliganj' has been typed mistakenly in place of 'Danapur' and due to which, in the order dated 09.01.2023, 'Paliganj' has been typed in place of 'Danapur'.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20219 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 09.01.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36114 of 2022 is modified to the extent that in place of 'Paliganj' it shall be read as 'Danapur'.

The time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended for further four weeks from today. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
