The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner being Panchayat Sachiv has misappropriated the Government fund in purchasing solar lights.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not misappropriate any amount. The certificate proceeding is also going on and similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24051 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in Ara Muffasil P.S.
