The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 465/19/279/19 arising out of Kasma P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31033 of 2020 on 03.03.2021 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months. He further submits that the fresh ground for bail is that one year is completed.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

No.17002 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Aurangabad in connection with S.
