2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities specially the State Election Authority to act upon their own letter bearing Memo No. 111 dated 12.01.2023 and thereafter conduction the election of Bankatwa Block Fisherman Cooperative Society Ltd., East Champaran, Motihari;

Patna High Court CWJC No.5742 of 2023(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 (ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to include the name of Petitioner and others as a member of Bankatwa Block Fisherman Cooperative Society Ltd., East Champaran, Motihari and also include their names in the voter list of ensuing election of the aforesaid Fisherman Cooperative Society Ltd.

(iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of PROHIBITION restraining the Respondents from conducting the election of aforesaid Fisherman Cooperative Societies till the membership / voter list of the aforesaid Fisherman Cooperative Society is not corrected in the light of Form - 3 filed by the Petitioner and others on 05.01.2023.

3. On 09.09.2024, two weeks' time was granted to remove the defect.

4. As the same was not removed and it being a peremptory order, the case stands dismissed on 23.09.2024.
