2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 232 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 132, 109, 324(5), 352, 351, 61(2)(b), 191, 191(3), 190, 188 of the B.N.S. and 2/3 of the Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is named accused in the FIR and they are said to have assaulted the government officials and damaged the government residence.

4. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
