Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
It is alleged that petitioner being PDS dealer failed to distribute the grains. Several beneficiaries have made complain to that effect.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that PDS dealership license of the petitioner has already been cancelled.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24016 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
