Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of the husband of the informant was recovered with injuries on his head when the suspicion was raised against the petitioners since there was a land dispute between the deceased and the petitioners and petitioners threatened the husband of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Similarly situated co-accused Jitendra Kumar Singh @ Nunu Singh has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12224 of 2015.

No.24020 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioners being lady, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
