The appellant seeks regular bail in Sakra P.S. Case No.94 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 279, 337, 325, 436, 302 of the I.P.C. and Section 3 (ii)(v) of SC/ST Act pending in the court of 10th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur. Allegation against the appellant and other accused persons is of setting the house of the deceased on fire causing death of an infant child of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that there is no specific allegation against the appellant rather against all the accused persons and the appellant is in custody for five months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the appellant, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Sakra P.S. Case No.94 of 2016 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be of local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and he will cooperate in the trial and appear before the court below on each and every date fixed in the trial, except showing genuine reasons, failing which his bail bond will be cancelled.
