2. The petitioner seeks bail in Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) of the BNS and section 27 of Arms Act.

3. The allegation is that in a case of celebratory firing, the petitioner is said to have shot the father-in-law of the informant.

4. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner and that the trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after nine months if the trial is not concluded.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
