2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioners as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 18.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68024 of 2023.
3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail since 01.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional & Sessions Judge, Katihar/concerned Court in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioners will co-operate in the trial.
