Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021 dated 02.05.2021 lodged under Sections 341, 342, 307 & 326 of the I.P.C. As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged and filed F.I.R. against his younger brother relating to attack by knife on his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been filed only and only due to the reason that the younger brother used to create hurdle in the lifestyle of the

Counsel submits that from the contents of the F.I.R., it transpires that the dispute has caused due to petty issue. Counsel further submits that the alleged occurrence was taken place on 22.04.2021, whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 02.05.2021. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2022 having clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
