Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

For a dispute with regard to hire labourers, the petitioner made assault with broken bottle on the head and neck of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014, pending in the Court of
