2. Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the retiral dues admissible to the petitioner have been paid, however, on account of delayed payment, no interest has been calculated.

3. Considering the information given to this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is consigned with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation, if he is aggrieved for non-payment on account of any other pensionary benefit.
