Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(a)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

495 Gm of Ganja was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the recovery is of small quantity. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the recovered Ganja was not for commercial purpose. Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34634 of 2018 (4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.41 of 2018 arising out of Bhadaur Police Station Case No.32 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
