Mrs.Pushpa Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 09-07-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ali Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioner has committed torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the husband of the victim girl is in custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14819 of 2020(2) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, District- Darbhanga in connection with Ali Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
