This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 866 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the present application arises out of a complaint case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be decided on the same day keeping in view this Court's decision in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Ansari & ors. V. The Statie of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015 (3) PLJR 806.
