2. The petitioners were stated to have been appointed to the post of Instructor of Non-Formal Education and they are seeking for regularization of their services.
3. Such grievance of the petitioners is pending before the competent authority. Therefore, the competent authority is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to whether the petitioners are entitled to be absorbed against any sanctioned post or not?
4. Such a decision shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
