Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that due to incorrect information given by the Pairvikar of the present case he has not given correct information regarding the criminal antecedent of petitioner no.1, in such circumstances he seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He has only made statement in paragraph no.3 of the main application as per the instruction received by him.

Accordingly this criminal miscellaneous case stands dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner if so advised, may file fresh application for bail.
