JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua to dispose of the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, which has led to initiation of Arms License Case No. 98/2016-17.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8001 of 2021(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 aforesaid pending case of the petitioner regarding grant of arms license, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law.
