The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
As per the FIR, there was a clash between two groups of students on account of immersion of Goddess Saraswati. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused with some other unknown persons about 600-700 in numbers got involved in stone pelting and throwing bombs. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation is general and omnibus and petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Some other

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
