The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 284 of 2010 registered for the offence under Sections-376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Tasking into consideration that petitioner is said to have committed gang rape, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Araria P.S.
