The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 34/2018 dated 21.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 398, 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was arrested along with two others on the charge of making preparations for committing loot near Durga Temple at Mustafabad. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made revolver and a cartridge was recovered. The petitioner denies to have kept any such firearm. He has been arrested by the police under suspicion.

The petitioner does not bear any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.02.2018.

No.34614 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 34/2018.
