This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 101/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. It is alleged that this petitioner was one of the participants in procession which had started setting the shops of the localities on fire. It is submitted that for the same occurrence F.I.Rs. were lodged by different Magistrates who were maintaining law and order in the locality.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34621 of 2018 (2) dt.14-06-2018 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 101/2018.
