The instant writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of remaining due amount of earned leave, differences of salary and interest amount of provident fund.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that part payment of earned leave, difference of salary and interest of provident fund amount was made but the entire amount of earned leave, difference of salary and provident fund and group insurance has not been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5761 of 2020 dt.26-06-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner retired on 30.04.2008 after attaining the age of superannuation, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondentUniversity to take appropriate decision with regard to remaining post retiral dues at the earliest preferably within a period of four months along with detailed calculation chart, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to interest at the rate 9% per annum from the date of filing of the writ petition i.e. till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
