Pleadings were already completed in this case. Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the grievances of the petitioner is hereby settled, except payment of statutory interest on the gratuity amount. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not placing his I.A. No. 01 of 2022.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner that his grievances with regard to payment of his gratuity amount has already been settled.
