Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Son of the informant left his house and thereafter he did not return, rather his dead body was found. The family members of the informant reported that deceased had some affairs with co-accused and under a conspiracy, murder of the deceased was committed.

Submission is that during investigation, no substantial and directed material came against the petitioner, save and except, his confession before the police after being in police custody. Hence, co-accused Prity Kumari has been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18598 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 No. 19308 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2018. Investigation of the case is complete against the petitioner. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanhauli Police Station Case No. 160 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
