The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 506 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 342, 341, 323, 353, 337, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the involvement of the petitioner in the present case is the fall out of the complaint lodged by the father of the petitioner and other people of the Mohalla in which the petitioner is residing against the Mobile Police Constable Pinku Singh. The learned counsel submits that in fact no such occurrence took place and it is out and out a case of false implication. He has pointed out that from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32699 of 2018 (2) dt.13-06-2018 2/2 Annexure-2 series it would appear that several complaints have been made in this regard to the senior police officials. The police officials to whom complaints have been made have not taken any action thereon. The applicants had already expressed their apprehension about false implication which was being threatened by the said police constable. Learned counsel submits that coaccused of the present case has also been granted regular bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly Annexure-2 series of the present case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the above named petitioner on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kumari Vijaya, Sub Judge X-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 506 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
