Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced during confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
