The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Son of the informant left his house. Thereafter, he did not return and his dead body was found. The family members of the informant reported that deceased had some affairs with the petitioner and for that reason he was done to death under a conspiracy.
Submission is that there is no substantial and direct material against the petitioner, who is an unmarried girl. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19308 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kanhauli Police Station Case No.160 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
