2. The following order was passed on 05.03.2024:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 506, 364, 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The Petitioner is the driver of the school bus. The petitioner has conspired with one Mishri Lal and did not take the boy in the school bus and thereafter Mishri Lal has killed five years old boy. Petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available on record, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. In the trial, out of 10 witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.

4. In view thereof, this application is dismissed.
