Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

For dispute relating to non-refund of loan amount by the husband of the petitioner, allegation is against the husband of the petitioner, to have caused firearm injury at the neck of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar Town Police Station Case No.253 of 2018/ G.R.No.1519 of 2018,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34774 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
