Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 316/18 for the offence under section 30(a), 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 25.5 liters of liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 4.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
