JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 Though the writ application has been listed with the defect, pointed out by the stamp reporter, to the extent that the impugned order has not been annexed with the writ application, since I am not convinced on the maintainability of the writ application, I am disposing it of by the present order after hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.C. to G.P.-18.

The petitioner is questioning legality of an order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.11704 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 04.04.2007 passed by the Commissioner, Purnea, in Ceiling Revision No. 45 of 2006-07, whereby the petitioner's civil revision application was dismissed as time barred. I do not find any justification from the pleadings in the writ application, which could be said to be acceptable for delay of 12 years in approaching this Court against an order passed in 2007. This writ application is accordingly dismissed for delay and laches.
