2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 318(4) of the B.N.S., Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act and Sections 10 and 11 of the Bihar Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair means) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner was caught using unfair means in the examination for selection to the post of Constable conducted by Staff Selection Commission. It is further alleged that while being taken to other centres for identification of other accused persons, this petitioner managed to flee away.
