In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offence punishable under sections 147, 323, 325, 307, 380 and 504 of the I.P.C. There is counter version also and the injuries found on the victim are all simple in nature. Further for the occurrence of 07.04.2014 complaint case has been filed on 10.04.2014 which has been sent for institution of the case and the case lodged by petitioner no.1 is also of 10.04.2014 which is based on written report.

In view of the facts as stated above, the petitioners in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31175 of 2014 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of.
