This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 453(c ) of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 147,341,323,379,354 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the present application arises out of a complaint case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
