The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 418 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64248 of 2019. Now the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail as because the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 10.08.2019. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of this

No.20050 of 2020(4) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 petitioner has been refused by this Court considering the materials available on record and now no fresh ground is made out for re-consideration of the prayer of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
