The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2023 and there is a recovery of 215.280 liters of India made foreign liquor. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
