Petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2016 in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased has no knowledge about the alleged occurrence. Moreover, charges in this case have been framed and the petition is still rotting in custody for the last one year. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
