Case No. 230 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 , have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender.

From perusal of the F.I.R. itself it is evident that there is specific accusation against both the petitioners for commission of serious offences. Besides this, on perusal of the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition it is evident that petitioner no. 1 is a habitual offender and he is accused other than the present case in two other cases for serious
