The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons dishonestly cheated the informant for Rs.82,92,750/- and have deceived the informant of his money on the pretext of giving land. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2020. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is property dispute between the parties. As per F.I.R., there is breach of contract between the parties. The petitioner has relied upon the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. case No.505 of 2019.
