2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the present writ petition, the District Teachers Engagement Appellate Authority, Khagaria was not functional. He further submits that presently the District Teachers Engagement Appellate Authority, Khagaria is functional.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8255 of 2021(4) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file appeal before the District Teachers Engagement Appellate Authority, Khagaria within a period of two weeks from today, the District Teachers Engagement Appellate Authority, Khagaria shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

5. It is made clear that the Appellate Authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal as the petitioner was availing his remedy before this Court.
