This application is being filed for quashing the order dated 14.05.2014, the order for framing the charge, passed by learned Adhoc Addl. District and Sessions Judge-1st Bagaha, West Champaran in S. Tr. No. 735 of 2013 arising out of Simra P.S. Case no. 54 of 2005 registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 120(B) of the IPC.

The trial in the case has begun. One witness has been examined. In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court.
