JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Heard Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 713 of 2014 for the offence registered under sections 302, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 21.09.2014 by the informant, Pawas Kumar Jha.

From the petition and Annexure-1 and 1/1 it is clear that the petitioner always moved before this Court in anticipatory bail but no relief was granted and in that background, it is unfortunate that once again, he has moved before this Court with the same prayer.
